Fees and payment

Clients will be quoted a single, all-inclusive fee for the project. Full details of fees and payment schedules are set out in individual Statements of Work or project agreements. All payments are due as outlined in those agreements.

Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel an agreed project or service agreement within 14 days of signing, provided work has not yet commenced. If cancellation occurs within this window and before any work has started, you will receive a full refund. Once a project has begun, any refund is at the discretion of All Rise and subject to the specific terms in the project agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in any work created during the course of a project shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. All Rise shall retain all rights in its own branding, proprietary processes, and pre-existing materials. All content on this website remains the property of All Rise or its licensors.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage the Website or interfere with other users. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from the Website without written permission.
